She loves exploring new places whether that’s discovering new trails for hiking, camping, or discovering new lakes or waterfalls to visit! She loves spending time with her two dogs (Gizmo – her Mini Schnauzer and Tyson – her Cattle Dog rescue). She is very inspired to help others in need and is elated to join the Johnson City clinic!
Sierra Roberts, RBT
Sierra has been a Registered Behavior Technician for almost a year! She always knew she wanted to work with children and has done so for the past 4 years in other capacities. She was exposed to ABA by her younger sister and was in awe of how much the field has helped improve the lives of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. It was then that she decided she would become a RBT to help make a difference in the lives of those who have exceptionalities. In her spare time Sierra enjoys spending time with her friends and family!

Madeline Roberts, RBT

When not at work, you will find Madeline at the dog park with her pups or with her family. As a Tri-Cities native Madeline loves to explore the Great Smoky mountains as well! She has a love for creating pottery and shopping at thrift stores. Madeline plans to continue her education to complete her Bachelor’s degree at ETUS (Go Bucs!)
